Our long-time clients purchased a second home to welcome their large family for relaxed vacations and with the end goal of transitioning to this home for their retirement. 

The project was a blank (but beige) canvas, so we began by choosing a palette of our client’s favorite colors. Room by room, this beautiful home was transformed into a vibrant Floridian family estate using performance fabrics resistant to sun and spills. Fully appointed bedrooms feature custom rugs, textured wallpaper, and vintage rattan furniture to provide comfort and amenities for family and guests. With multiple french doors leading from the home’s many rooms to the pool area, we elevated the outdoor furniture with colorful weather-resistant fabric to enhance indoor/outdoor living.
